Warranty Registration

Register your serial number and purchase details. After staff verification, battery coverage gains six months for a total of one year. The device warranty remains one year, whether or not you register.

We use your email and verification/security records. Codes are valid for 10 minutes. Expired database verification values are cleared within 24 hours; company email copies have separate operational-removal, Trash and permanent-deletion stages. Refusal prevents online verification.

Verification/submission uses international processing by Cloudflare (US entity, global request processing and database observed in Japan) and Lark (Singapore entity, organization storage region Japan). Read the service-specific storage/edge/support/recovery disclosure first. Email also uses Lark and is not a transfer-free alternative.
